This is a 1971-S (San Francisco) Eisenhower Silver Proof Dollar with the Mel Wacks "XIII Olympic Winter Games Skiing" 1980 CTSP Graded NGC PF67 Cameo (Proof 67 Cameo). This is Mel Wacks 10th Counter Stamp. Mel Wacks is the founder of the Jewish-American Hall of Fame and from 1976 through 1984, [he] designed and counter stamped more than 10,000 coins for more than 20 occasions including the Los Angeles Olympics, President Reagan's Inauguration, Freedom for the American Hostages, Pope John Paul II's visits to Mexico and the USA, and more.
